Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Small Batch Cookies are Super Easy.

The recipe only makes 12 cookies, and no mixer is needed - only a bowl and a whisk is required.

Brown the butter and pour into a bowl to cool slightly, then add egg and sugar and whip until thick.


Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine, then add the chocolate and stir in with a spatula.


Scoop the dough using a cookie scoop onto a sheet pan lined with parchment.


Chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight. It can also be frozen for later.


Transfer the dough to a lined baking sheet and bake until the cookies are set and golden, 11-13 minutes.


Sprinkle the cookies with flaky salt if desired, and then enjoy your small batch chocolate chip cookies!
