These Pretzels are Super Easy.
They are fun to make, and soft and chewy. They are served with a delicious warm cheese dip
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. The best way to do this is with a scale.
DIVIDE
Roll into a sausage then shape by crossing the ends over each other and pressing onto the pretzel.
SHAPE
Leave the pretzels to rise until puffy, then transfer to the fridge for the last 10 minutes of rising.
RISE
Soak the Pretzels in a water bath. This makes them chewy and gives them the perfect golden color
SOAK
Egg wash each pretzel, and score the rounded part using a blade. Finish with pretzel salt.
