Brown Butter Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie is Super Easy to make

This version has brown butter and a chocolate bottom for extra flavor!

Make the pie crust, then roll out, place in the shell, crimp as desired, and chill

PIE CRUST

Blind bake your pie crust, using pie weights and parchment paper

BLIND BAKE

Add a layer of chocolate ganache to the bottom of the pie crust

CHOCOLATE

Fill the shell with the toasted pecans and pie filling, right to the top

FILL

Bake until set and slightly puffed up, and golden brown. Then leave to cool for at least a few hours

BAKE

Slice up the cooled Pecan Pie using a sharp knife. You can serve it room temperature or warmed
