Homemade cinnamon sugar is made with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. It comes together in minutes, stores well, and is perfect for sprinkling on toast or muffins, or for rolling homemade donuts in.
- 200g (1 cup) granulated sugar
- 25g (3 Tbsp) ground cinnamon (reduce slightly if you don't like strong cinnamon flavour)
- Place granulated sugar and cinnamon into a medium sized bowl.
- Mix well to combine.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store well sealed at room temperature.
