Mini Brown Butter Carrot Sheet Cake 

This mini brown butter carrot sheet cake is the perfect size! It has a brown butter cream cheese frosting and is the perfect tiny carrot cake. 

Brown your butter and set aside.

Combine brown butter, sugar, oil and egg. 

Combine dry ingredients then add to the wet and mix to incorporate. 

Add carrot and fold to combine. 

Transfer to prepared eighth sheet pan or loaf pan.

Spread out them bake until done. 

Once the cake is baked, make your frosting. Combine brown butter and cream cheese, add powdered sugar and mix to combine. 

Transfer to the cooled cake.

Spread with an offset spatula.
