Laminated Apple Cinnamon Rolls 

These brioche cinnamon rolls are laminated with cooked apple and oat streusel. 

Roll the dough out into a rectangle. 

Fold into thirds. 

Roll out again into a large rectangle. 

Brush with the rest of the butter and then add apple and oat streusel.

Roll the dough into a log.

Cut into slices using a sharp knife. 

Arrange on the pan and leave to rise, then bake.

Top with glaze out of the oven.
