Laminated Apple Cinnamon Rolls

These brioche cinnamon rolls are laminated with cooked apple and oat streusel.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle

Brush with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon

Fold into thirds

Roll out again into a large rectangle

Brush with the rest off the butter and then add apple and oat streusel

Roll the dough into a log

Cut into slices using a sharp knife

Arrange on the pan and leave to rise, then bake

Top with glaze out of the oven
