How to line a square pan with parchment paper

This method of pan lining is perfect for when you need to use parchment for removing baking from the pan.



Grease your pan if desired. I prefer this so it will stick

Cut the first piece of parchment to fit the pan and place in the bottom of the pan. Secure with clips.


Grease the parchment and place the second piece. Secure with clips.


Provided the clips are made of only metal (no plastic), they are fine to go in the oven.
