Cook the blueberry filling on the stove and leave to cool
Roll out crust and line a tart pan
Cut lattice strips from the second piece of dough
Lay horizontal strips across the pie
Lattice the pie - I did this as an angle lattice
Trim the edges of the crostata either with scissors or by pressing down
Chill the crostata down. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar
Bake until golden brown and the filling is bubbling
