You can't go past a good cake recipe. I love cakes of all kinds - layer cakes, sheet cakes, cupcakes, and snack cakes. They are perfect for any occasion! All my favourite frosting recipes also live here along with some cake techniques.
Choux dough is so versatile, and can be used for everything from chouquettes to cream puffs to paris brest. It can also be fried into crullers. Here there is also a selection of my favourite fried doughnuts - from yeast raised brioche doughnuts to old fashioned sour cream donuts.
